Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept returns as our items are all custom made to order. PLEASE make sure you measure your pet, there will be a $5.00 charge per item to be altered, plus you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to us and the shipping of the item(s) back to you. If you have any questions please call us at 1-877-DIVA-PET. We are here to help and want to ensure you order the proper size for your pet.

Any item(s) sent back without payment for resizing and shipping will be unaccepted.  We are so sorry for the inconvenience but each item ordered is handmade just for your pet. We are unable to "resell" items sent back to us.
