Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available in any denomination. Gift certificates are non redeemable for cash back. Any unused portion will be issued store credit. Liability We cannot and will not be held responsible for pets eating or chewing trim or decoration from a bed or coat or collar. If your pet has a proclivity for chewing, we suggest you remove any extraneous pieces. On our swarovski rhinestone collars: These collars are made sturdy, but stones could certainly come out if worn while your pet is rough housing, or scratching. These are a "jewelry item" and should be treated so. We cannot replace stones due to wear. This is your responsibility. Update on Returns We would like to start off by saying Happy Holidays to our thousands of satisfied customers. With our everyday growing cliental & in order to keep up with the demand, we have had to make some amendments in our company policies. *Please note our items are handmade with the best quality fabric & stitching. These items are delicate & with everyday use will show wear. We will not allow returns on worn items. NO EXCEPTIONS. *Please measure your pet accordingly. See the size diagram on how to properly measure your pet. These items are made custom for your pet once order is placed. We will no longer except returns on items that were mistakenly measured. *When placing your order please note our many styles of collars; Again, these items are custom made when your order is submitted. The style of collar can not be altered once order is placed. *Our swarovski stones are made sturdy, but could undoubtedly come out if worn while your pet is rough housing, or scratching. These are NOT everyday wear items. *Sale or clearance items can not be returned. *In rare instances items may be flawed due to shipping, these items may be returned within 7 days for an in store credit.
